1. Damaged/wrong item received/clothing measurements incorrect (don’t match those of the supplied size chart). Please email pictures as proof of damage /wrong item/incorrect sizing to get an exchange or refund. See sizing info here.

2. No Reason Returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Items received after the 2-week period will not be accepted unless different arrangements have been made. Please contact for return address.

3. Undergarments, swimwear, wedding dresses and grad gowns are final sale. Please consult measurements on size chart carefully.
