Refund

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and packaging. However, if the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), we may issue a gift card to help cover the return shipping cost as a gesture of goodwill.

Any item showing signs of wear, damage, odor, or missing tags will not be accepted.

International Orders

• International returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense.

• Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
